Griffin AI Tech provides enterprise AI automation, agentic AI systems, custom software development, cloud solutions, and related technology services. All services are subject to separate service agreements between Griffin AI Tech and the client.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of Griffin AI Tech and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Custom solutions built for clients under contract remain subject to the IP terms agreed in those contracts.
4. User Responsibilities

Griffin AI Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information, trade secrets, or sensitive business data shared during the course of engagement, both during and after the service period.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
